"Hosts Bev and Lloyd were over and above incredible! This was a girls weekend with our teenage daughters and slip Z was just as advertised, peaceful and at the end of a row of slips. You feel like your own private section where our group could paddle, kayak and sit by the fire. We truly felt welcomed and blessed to have spent the weekend at such a special location! "As we work hard and play harder, this place was great. We used this house for offsite retreat for a few executives. They were able to hunker down, get work done and play some games. Lots of space to spread out."

"I think this has the potential to be a great large family gathering place but there are a lot of things that need to be worked on before that happens. Pros: The house was clean and there were no bugs. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the basketball hoop right off the kitchen area. Great wrap around deck. Lots of games and books and a large TV with apps to sign into (Netflix, Disney+). Large living room and eating areas. Plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans- you won’t need to bring ANY of those items. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Cons: There were several outlets that did not work, both upstairs and downstairs. The WiFi password they give you in the email is incorrect- use the one on the pamphlet near the lamp in the living room. Not even the Vacasa agents could help us with that. The grounds were unkept, grass not mowed, and driveway is TERRIBLE and desperately needs to be grated. The pool was NOT functional despite Vacasa assuring me it would be when I contacted them several days prior to the event. The person who came out to look at the outlets also promised some sort of complimentary gift card to an local attraction but we never got them. Be prepared with garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels, laundry soap, and toilet paper. They provide a “starter pack” but if you have 10 people in the house, and during the day we had more, that goes quickly. We did NOT know this and were unprepared."
