"Denied access. Host contacted me hours later only to tell me I would not get a refund even though we were unable to stay due to no fault of our own. The door code did not work. I had video of the door code provided failing. House is in shambles. Yard is terrible. Nothing has been done to this old home in years. Paint peeling. Front porch nearly caving in and unwalkable. Again denied access so have no clue what the inside was like but this is no mansion. And it’s not nice at all from the outside. 100% false advertisement and with the denied access feels like a scam. "

"The only good thing is the proximity to the hospital. The most important thing in providing accommodation is to have a comfort Bed, which is not was offered. The bed mattress did not fit the bed frame or box spring which leads to a mattress that shifts alot. By day four, it looks like there were termites in the shower. Upon the initial shock that the tiny house is located at the back of someone's property, the front door needs painting, and the odor upon entrance is that of a previous smoker's residency. The curtains are a little to see through for my liking. But I got through the week. "

"Cynthia, the owner, was excellent, super professional, attentive, helpful and very kind. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully kept. It had everything we needed; it truly provided everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We even asked for extra time to stay, and she kindly accommodated us with no issues at a very flexible cost. I highly recommend staying here it is an excellent place."

"Like many of the other comments, house definitely needs updates. The futon in the living room was very stained and broken. We had to put a blanket over it to sit on it. The refrigerator did not make ice or water. There was no hair dryer like the add said, so I didn’t bring one. I was a little upset as I couldn’t do my hair like I wanted. The main bedroom had a lady bug problem as well. All in all it was okay, just needs some TLC and regular maintenance before someone stays"
