« I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

« Excellent host . very communicative and always available. The property is in a great location / high up with nice ocean views. The place is smalland in need of renovation ( bathroom/ kitchen etc). Sea Colony amenities are great . pricey to get guest pass but limits others from using trams and facilities etc. Parking for unit was in great location and close to elevators . beach was great with umbrella/ chair service at an extra cost. »

« The condo was bigger than what the pictures show. Beautiful view. Close to beach, food and entertainment. Host was quick to respond to questions. Parking is under building away from heat and seagulls. 100% Recommend! »
