"The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed"

"Very clean and spacious. Cosy design. Comfortable bed and right across from a decent take out restaurant. Nice porch. Bring your own shampoo and bar soap. Good water pressure. Keurig coffee maker but need to provide your own coffee pods. A great stay."

"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings.
