Tastefully decorated in soft muted tones, the interior reflects the joy of coastal living. The open plan living space is perfect for relaxing and socialising, and the two bedrooms and bathroom make this lovely apartment perfect for couples or small families. The apartment has the additional attraction of an allocated parking space. A short stroll along the beach brings you to the iconic The Old Neptune pub, one of the few UK pubs situated on a beach, from where you can catch the most stunning sunsets. Continue along the beach path and you reach the centre of Whitstable which is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes and restaurants serving contemporary dishes including of course oysters which made Whitstable famous. One hour restricted parking outside the apartment and free, unrestricted on-street parking available on neighbouring roads No pets Things You Need to Know Towels and linen are provided Wi-Fi access Electric central heating throughout Please note that the stairwell is steep There are CAT6 internet connectors and good WIFI to support working from home House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
