It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. It’s only about a 5 minute drive to U of I campus where my daughter will be an incoming freshman this fall. The flat is very small and probably better suited to a couple of people. It was a bit of a tight squeeze with 3 of us in the apartment, but we made it work. The property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood.
