Ski-in / ski-out in winter to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. In summer a private hideaway with south-facing balconies. Spectacular views all year round and easy access to all that Whistler and the surrounding area has to offer.

• Short 3 min walk to the ski in and ski out trails. Ski out to the Creekside gondola and access to Whistler/Blackcomb mountains. Use of ski in and out trails subject to snow conditions. Ski in and out trails join the Lower Dave Murray Downhill and would not be suitable for beginners.
• 5 min drive to Creekside or Whistler gondolas and ski rental and lessons
• In summer - exploring, walking, biking, breath-taking views from Whistler/Blackcomb, wildlife viewing, ziplining, rafting and so many other outdoor adventures - all within easy access of Taluswood

Great place. Terrific building, furnishings, and information provided by host. I especially enjoyed the vaulted ceilings, ski gear racks, private hot tub, quality kitchen, cozy couch by the wood burning fireplace, and comfortable bedrooms. No surprises.Ski in/out is decent, but may be a little tricky for some skiers. Location is remote and private, which means you need to drive for any amenities. Fair compromise in my opinion.

We stay in Whistler often and Taluswood Pl has to be our favourite by far. The living room has the coziness like the Fairmont lounge. A wood burning fireplace with a large, comfy sofa and chairs. Everything about the unit screams ski lodge. It is perfectly set up for guests. All questions can be answered with the info provided. We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again.

We just finished a Whistler vacation and have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely home. Check-In was easy and very detailed arrival instructions were provided. The home was spotless and full of details that make this a first-class property. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The décor was lovely. The large garage was perfect for keeping our car and ski gear out of the cold. The heated flooring felt fantastic. The hot tub was clean, easily fit our family of 5, and had an amazing view. Ski In and Ski Out are about an easy 2-minute walk away and very convenient. We are fortunate enough to travel a fair amount and this home definitely stood out as one of the best ones we have stayed in. I thoroughly recommend!

This was one of the best stays I have had in Whistler in recent years. The unit was very well furnished, included everything you needed in the kitchen, and felt extremely comfortable. Unlike some rentals that feel sterile,2 this unit felt comfortable and relaxing from the moment we stepped in.

This property was amazing. Cozy and well layed out from furnishing to bedding. We even used the hot tub during our stay (in the summer) because the views overlooking the Olympic Rings were too nice to miss out. The property was up at the top of the ridge so the area was very quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay at this property and/or in the area again. Thank you.

This home is everything as described and more. You will want or ask for anything when staying here. Easily the very best VRBO property my family has ever stayed in. Well appointed, great location, spotless, and over the top directions. Even laminated. You must see to believe. One question to the owner, Susan, and it is answered in minutes not days or even hours! We have rented many ski homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. And it had everything imaginable included in the unit. Down to the Christmas tree which was a very nice and appreciated touch. The owner was very responsive to questions as was the local property management company. If you are looking to visit Whistler, I highly recommend you consider this place for your stay.

We cannot say enough about our 6 nights at Susan and Harry's lovely home in Whistler which we just rented over the Christmas holiday. From start to finish, everything was perfect! The home is very well appointed-- very clean and comfortable and just lovely. We love to relax after a day on the slopes and the kitchen included everything we needed to make dinners at home. Susan was very communicative from the start, and included detailed tips and information about things to do, restaurants, ski rentals, etc etc etc which was wonderfully helpful when traveling to a new area. The views from this home are amazing, hot tub clean and comfortable -- just everything was great. We thoroughly enjoyed family time together in Susan and Harry's beautiful mountainside home. We would not hesitate renting this amazing home in Whistler. Thank you, Susan and Harry, for sharing your lovely home!

We have rented many places over the years, but the quality and abundance of the accoutrements made this condo feel like a home and were beyond anything we had ever experienced. The available information was plentiful and readily available. The management company was very accessible. In short, we were already thinking about returning even before we had checked out! We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was gorgeous inside and out! We can’t say enough great things about Susan as well! She was a such a sweetheart all through the booking and preparation portion of our trip. She even providing us with the cutest little email before our trip that gave us some suggestions and tips before we made our way up to whistler! Also if you are skiing or snowboarding this is the perfect home for you, the ski in/ ski out is legitimately a stones throw away from the place and if you are skiing or boarding the whistler side of the mountain, its a perfect side to end your day on,to mosey on back to the place. If you are headed into the village for dinner it’s only a $12 cab ride into the village! So super affordable and great access to the village. We cannot say enough great things about this owner and property. We will definitely be booking again for next year! ❤️❤️❤️
