"It was just ok. The real problem is you can hear other guest at early morning hours! My friends that were traveling with us had a $6000 charge that was traced to Beachcomber Motel. They had paid for stay with their credit card at Motel. I was concerned that my credit card could also be compromised, but the front desk said, that since I used a 3rd party to book I needn’t worry! She wasn’t very contrite about the issue and I will not book a stay there ever again. "

"I’m not sure how this hotel has scored so high on hotels.com. It is a typical Motel 6/Super 8 quality with just basic amenities. It’s not bad, but certainly not 8/10 stars. POSITIVES - clean bed, sheets - clean towels - Inside fixtures are recently remodeled - quick walk to the ocean and harbor. - parking is plentiful & clean - Cleaning staff was very nice. NEGATIVES - included breakfast (continental) is a joke - flooring is in very poor shape & creeky - very small and low toilets - nearly every window shade has a hole in it. - Decent amount of roadway noise Again, the spot is fine, but has some solid areas needing improvement. For a low price, it does the job. "

"It was a quiet and comfortable stay with a great price. The staff did a above and beyond job cleaning every day without me having to ask. I felt like I was staying at a big city expensive hotel. Would 100% recommend!"

"I didn’t have an ocean view this stay. Evidently, the cheaper rooms don’t have this view feature. "
