"Great stay"

"I booked a two double bed room and requested it be on the first floor since I’m disabled. I was given a one king bed and couch room on the fourth floor. When I questioned why I didn’t get the room I reserved, I was told that since I booked through a third party (Hotels.com), I was given what was left over, and there were no two bed rooms, nor anything on the first floor. Definitely never booking with Hilton again!"

"The bathroom needs some updating for sure we were on the 1st floor which I highly suggest staying 3rd or higher next time "

"This was our 2nd time staying that this hotel, it’s always a good environment. Rooms are clean, good breakfast and my kids had a great time in the pool and playing on the basketball court. "

" The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well. Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable dinner tray. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was much larger than expected and equipped with sampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath robes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and sleep this room would not be it. This room definitely wasn't soundproof and at times could be extremely frustrating. As for the amenities, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and also had breakfast. As for the pool, it was a decent size with a shallow and deep end, temperature was as expected. The walking area around the pool was concerning due to a very slick surface that caused me to lose my footing several times. Beakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold tems it did not include bacon, sausage or biscuits but plenty to make sure you don't leave hungry. This is a place I would definitely stay again when visiting Wheeling, WV."

"Seemingly clean room. Surface areas just a little grungy. Bathroom was suffering from water damage and the tub wouldn’t drain properly. We were there for two nights and didn’t have any housekeeping services over the weekend. The continental breakfast was a lunch bag containing a muffin, a granola bar, and a yogurt with no spoon kept in the refrigerator. Definitely a get what you get vibe. I would not stay there again. "
