Book now to enjoy this great cottage during the best season in Misquamicut!
This beach rental has hardwood floors, a beautiful new tiled kitchen with granite counter-tops, and a dishwasher. The cottage also boasts and washer and dryer, and central air. This beautiful home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 surf and sun loving individuals. The house is located within easy walking distance to the beach, but you will also be provided with a parking pass to the private Misquamicut Land Owners' beach.

On those 'stay in' evenings, WIFI is available to keep you connected, or stream your favorite channels on one of the large flat screen TV's.

Fabulous restaurants are within walking distance, but if you care to cook at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and appliances. The property boasts a variety of outdoor living options: a covered front porch for people watching and gorgeous sunsets; a bluestone patio with grill and comfortable outdoor seating.

Historic Watch Hill and downtown Westerly are a short drive away offering shopping, sightseeing, and more restaurant choices. Block Island and Newport make great day trips, and the Roger William's Zoo and Mystic Aquarium and Seaport provide more fun and educational experiences that will enhance your getaway.

Misquamicut Beach: Our beaches are family friendly, with plenty of children's activities and eating options. For mature, more adventurous vacationers there are beautiful, out of the way beaches in Weekapaug and Watch Hill that offer more privacy, the option to fish, walk, or surf. These beaches are only a 5-10 minute bicycle ride from the condo.

Block Island: Westerly Airport offers flights, and a ferry sails every hour from Point Judith (20 minute drive) to this romantic get away. We absolutely recommend a day trip to this Island. It feels like you're in the Caribbean, surrounded by blue water, white sand, and rocky coastline. The island can by toured on rented bicycles or mopeds. It's also great for walking from beach to beach, exploring, and soaking in the beautiful views.

Newport: Mansions, shopping, sailing. This historic town is 40 minutes away, and a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.

You'll find that a week is too short to fit in all the things you'll want to do!

House was beautiful and very clean. So close to the beach and definitely as advertised. The beds were a bit of a challenge as they really could use some new mattresses.

Great location but not great cottage

Fantastic location. Waves at the beach were amazing. Inconsistent VRBO description: there were 1 1/2 baths plus the outdoor shower ; no back porch or access after using the outdoor shower other than the front door. Good cottage layout but could have been cleaner. Needed the car to bring chairs etc to the beach. Fire District lots were very convenient (but closed on “inclement” days so there was no place to park. Inclement is subjective when you have children with only a few days at the beach.)

Beach House perfect and clean and welcoming

We loved our stay here .It was welcoming clean and just perfect for us .Our big worry was the beds as we have bad backs and they were fantastic!The only thing that we would have changed is having some written down directions on how to use the washer dryer the dryer was INCREDIBLY difficult to figure out .We never did figure it out.It worked but would shut itself off after 20 mts or so..Definitely recommend this beautiful place!

Great house / Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Upon arrival, we found everything exactly as described in the listing. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Furnishings and decorations were excellent and the owners have thought of everything. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample storage. There is a large main bathroom and a half bath. The living space is comfortable. Everything needed for cooking and eating is provided. The location is great, as well, with easy beach access just a short walk down the street. It was off season so no one was on the beach. Too cool to swim or sit on the beach, but the beach is fantastic. Close to many local attractions. Most of the restaurants are closed or limited service due to off season, but many options if you are here in season. The owner was friendly and responsive throughout the process, from booking to checkout. We would stay here again!

Cute, comfortable cottage

The layout of this cottage really works well for a group larger than two because of the extra bathroom. It is modern, airy and bright with all the home comforts necessary to prepare meals. It is located on a street which had infrequent (but greatly exceeding the speed limit) traffic on weekdays and a lot of beach traffic on weekends that made it hard to back out of the parking. Might not be great for families with small kids as the only door opens onto this street. We weren’t told that the washer was broken and awaiting repair prior to our arrival with a limited wardrobe and in fact found out when we needed to do a quick wash and opened a really smelly washer. We muddled through with hand laundry and very few towels, but really wish we had known in advance due to this being a beach vacation. We would definitely consider one of the owners slightly smaller condo properties in the buildings behind this cottage for a fall beach escape in the future.

What we needed!

Seabreeze was the perfect location and home for us! The home was clean and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. Bathroom was big. So close to the beach. Loved having beach passes as well as the parking pass to park at the beach. Loved the location to near by sites; quick trip to Newport, Block Island, and Watch Hill. We are definitely stay there again!

A comfortable retreat just a short walk from the beach.

This is an immaculately clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated house that is a 5-10 minute walk to Misquamicut State Beach, and a good base from which to explore other Rhode Island beaches. It's a nice size for four adults, and is equipped with pretty much everything you need. The outdoor shower and front porch are each a big plus. One note: the house is on one of the main access roads to Misquamicut, and although it was not heavily traveled in early September, I'd imagine it can get fairly busy on a summer weekend.

Beautiful cottage

We absolutely loved the time we spent at this wonderful cottage by the beach. Nicely laid out with some wonderful amenities. It is conveniently located in which it is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Loved the amenities with the outside heated shower, grill, and beautiful outdoor porch and patio. Will definitely consider this cottage for our next vacation.

Great vacation for our whole family!

Great house! We had so much fun! Everything we needed was right there! Made some great family memories! Central air worked fantastic!(my husband likes it cold!) outdoor shower was the best! Most of us only showered out door! So close to the beach! Great for young kids as its only one level! Maryanne made the rental feel cozy and inviting like we were at our own homes! Can't wait to book our next trip!

Ebb Tide Cottage in Misquamicut

A lovely, spacious, clean, up-to-date home. Very comfortable. A/C and W/D were great to have. Close enough to walk to the beach. We would absolutely rent here again. A recommendation to improve - please add TV to other bedrooms, besides the master. With 2 teenagers with us, it would have been nice to have another bedroom TV.
