"Nice hotel with a courtesy coffee bar in the lobby complete with cappuccino, latte, matcha, and chai. Allow plenty of time, though. They aren't as quick as a Starbucks Barista. There's a small lounge that's open till 11:00 that serves drinks and food, which was convenient. Drinks were very small and reflect the obvious inexperience of the bartender. But he was very nice and attentive. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Mattress in my opinion was a little lumpy and showing age, but my traveling partner felt it was comfortable, so definitely personal preference. One very unfortunate situation was the alarm clock. It was set at the wrong time and the alarm was preset for 8:00. In the middle of the night, the alarm went off and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Finally realized it was the clock and just pushed buttons till it went off. No one uses an alarm clock any longer. They should be replaced. At the very least housekeeping staff should ensure it's set with the correct time and no alarms are reset, if they want to keep them."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pier One Hotel in Misquamicut Beach! The location is fantastic—so close to the beach and everything you want to enjoy while visiting the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which really added to the experience. I especially loved being able to enjoy the beach and then come back to such a comfortable place to unwind. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway I was hoping for. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Pier One Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Misquamicut Beach. We look forward to coming back!"
