"Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge. Also, be careful with parking. We arrived early knowing our room wouldn’t be ready, but were hit with an extra $50 fee on top of the $35 parking charge simply because we pulled in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. There were plenty of open spots, so it wasn’t a capacity issue. When I questioned it, the front desk suggested finding street parking and returning at 2 PM, not exactly helpful when thousands of people are flooding Newport. Just be aware of the timing, or you’ll be surprised by extra fees."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in an excellent location. The beach is across the street and their are restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Newport is just minutes away. The property is nice but can use some upgrades. Will definitely return!"

"The room was just as described on this app, enough space for 6 people and the teens ones enjoy the 2 tvs in the room and the little one enjoyed the spa. The pool was close for maintenance other than that the place is alright and the breakfast that was free with the staying was good too. I will definitely be back here."
