"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."

"Great fun for the whole family! So much to do for the kids. This resort really has it all figured out...everything you need is there. Food, fun, and entertainment. Even with all the fun and excitement going on downstairs you never hear it in your room. I was very pleasantly surprised by how the walls are pretty much soundproof. A huge game changer for me! Definitely try the pizza...it is amazing!"
