It's PERFECT for anyone attending a Circuit of the America's racing/driving event. The main mattress was a little dippy. Pull out the mattress from under the day bed. It was much more comfortable."

"Cute little home with lots of privacy. This rental has all the amenities, except a microwave, so plan accordingly. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable, so I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 adults. Seems like it would be a good place to stay in warmer months when you could use the lake amenities.
