Less than a mile away is the Llano River and the historic downtown square that offers shopping, food, spirits, and fun. We are close by to lakes, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksberg, and Austin. The view from the rockers on the front porch is fantastic, not a lake front but a perfect hill country view, filled with hills, cardinals, doves and hummingbirds as well as a flock of wild turkey. The cottage itself is so comfy, the bed adjustable, fully stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods and snacks. The bathroom is roomy. My only caution is if you have limited mobility, the path to the cabin is rocky and not level but the 3 stairs up to the cabin has a nice railing. I so enjoyed by stay! ##### Cynthia S. Only a couple of miles from town. The cabin was precious. The hosts thought of everything you may need. They were accommodating and helpful.
