« We enjoyed our stay! The only complaints were that we could not get tv volume to turn up (so we couldn’t watch anything), the den furniture is not very comfortable. Also, the coffee supplies were all bad. »

« This is a really nice unit and with absolutely amazing view. The best surprise was this unit faces East, so the sunrises are spectacular and worth getting up early to view! Echota is very conveniently located for sightseeing, grocery stores, really good restaurants and Grandfather Mountain.Paul responds quickly and patiently answered all my questions. Just know this is the bottom unit of the 3 stories so you have to go down steps, but the view is just as nice.We will definitely be coming back. »

« I suggest to install a sign on the balcony "No Smoking" to avoid anybody smoking cigarettes or cigars on the balcony or on the property. Someone who stayed on the same night was smoking on the balcony spoiling my fresh air experience. »

« Condo was beautiful and currently updated. Close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back to this unit. »

« Property was very clean and king bed is really comfortable. Check in and out simple and quick. It was a rainy misty weekend so didn’t get to use the lovely outdoor pool. Plenty of restaurants, wineries within shortish driving distance. Recommend the Mountain Dog for great coffee and breakfast. 2nd time at this Foscoe properties and definitely will be back »
