"Parking was easy, but the first room we were given was poorly maintained with a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and loose plaster. The hotel needs refreshing. Breakfast was average, coffee was good."

"My room didn’t have any towels, and when I went to the front office, there was no one there for about 10 minutes. I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. "
