Location de condos vacances à West Fernie

« I stayed there twice in the last five weeks and unfortunately, the hot tub was under maintenance both times but I did make good use of the pool👍 »

« Good location in Fernie. »

« It was very clean and easy to access room. »

« Place was clean and quiet »

« Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. »

« The check in was easy, but the garage opener didn’t work. I messaged the host and they gave us a workaround then, when I said we could buy a battery if they reimbursed us, we’re kind enough to have one delivered and it worked great. We did find a dirty sock in a drawer and some wet towels in the washing machine so their cleaners could be more thorough. Biggest complaint was the lighting. It was very dark and the bulbs they used didn’t help. Also some undercabinet lighting in the kitchen would...

« The pictures represented the property well. The unit is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a short or long term stay. Great location with a reasonable 20 min.walk to downtown to restaurants and shops.Constant communication from the management team for check in and check out. Would stay here again! « Key box mechanism was very difficult to operate. »

« Pool was pretty good »

« The check in and the interior was nice. BBQ is very old and falling apart. One of the two chairs on the balcony was broken but a big problem was that the pool/hot tub was closed for our 5 day stay. No communication about the pool being closed was really disappointing. »

« The place was nice and host was good »

« Excellent room »

« Très beau condo, très bon emplacement, belle grandeur: seul élément désagréable était la propreté des instruments de cuisine et le manque de produits de nettoyage. Certains chaudrons, poêles ou plaques étaient inutilisables et impossible à nettoyer. »
