"It's kind of a motel run in the name of a hotel. Ground floor rooms does not have proper ventilation and always stay the floor wet some reason . Always feels sticky on the floor . Floor1 and above are decent with carpet but very small rooms and bath room is too small . Outside is very dirty and well maintained inside the room and lock the door you may be ok. It's just cheap I guess so it gets a lot of crowd ."

"We went to Fort Lauderdale for the first time, and the hotel was fantastic, the location is perfect, right on the Las Ola Boulevard in one side, and in the otherside you have the River walk. The best is the staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, overall, we were very happy. Also, across the hotel there is an authentic Italian bakery, the best croissant and capuchino for breakfast !!"

"We initially had a room on level 2, the room wasnt clean, it was dark and pretty much nasty, nothing like the pictures. We went to the reception and the lady nicely upgraded us on level 5. by being on the level 5, everything was ok but hotel is really a 3 stars. Amenties, pool and beach are very nice. Valet service as well very professionnal. Restaurant food is ok but cafe is very good on the lobby floor."
