« Property was quiet and private with an amazing river view and wildlife that you can see. We got to hear the Loon at a night. The RV was clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. RV also had a picnic table, grill, fire pit and several types of chairs to sit. There was also kayaks and a canoe to use to go on the river. Host has several other rentals in different areas that we will want to look into. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay we definitely recommend this location »

« Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more. »

« Our stay was fabulous. The living space was spacious and comfortable! Well stocked with cooking utensils.
The bedrooms upstairs are cozy. Not a lot of privacy, but enough for a few close friends and family.
Two of the beds are in a loft so be prepared to climb a ladder.
Over all, very little negative to say. If I was ever in the area again, I would stay. »

« We had such a wonderful time here. The cabin is clean, cozy, with plenty of music and games. My dog loved sunning on the enclosed upper deck and sniffing around the yard. We didn’t see any bears but kept an eye out anyways. Perfect place for a laidback girl’s trip. »

« We did not find the cabin emaculate as stated. Cob webs upstairs on the beams, light fixtures dusty, mold on the dryer seal and futon cover on the main floor looks to be dirty. There is a fowl smell coming from the basement from a old hot tub. I slept on the futon upstairs and needless to say for a 66 yr old women that was my bad but it is worn out.
