« The cottage is beautiful, lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for 5 of us plus a dog. The hot tub was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were all very friendly and helpful. Great location and good food at the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon »

« Our stay at the Scarborough penthouse recently was brilliant. We went for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more special, easy to find and parking just outside. On arrival we took the lift and it opens up straight into the apartment giving it a very classy feel. The lovely open plan living room and kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms were large and beautifully set out. The best bit for us was the balcony with seating area and sea view. Overall all had a fantastic stay....

« Gingerbread cottage was a lovely cottage it had everything you needed. However the bay was rather lacking in things for the children to do. For the size of the place the play park was disappointing. The children loved the swimming pool but apart from that there was nothing for them to do. I found it very tired and in need of some upgrading. It felt more like a retirement village than a holiday park. »

« We had a wonderful stay at **The Hideaway at The Bay, Filey. The property was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing dog friendly break. It felt very comfortable and homely from the moment we arrived.
The location is excellent, with parking available and just a short walk to the stunning beach. It's also close to the on-site amenities, making it a great base for exploring the area or simply relaxing.

« My family and I absolutely loved staying at Bailey's Beach House, everything was to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen was high spec and easy to use.
The location were really quiet considering the house is near to the amenities.

« The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality.
The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather. »

« My only gripe isn’t the cottage owners fault but that of hotels.com as this properly was listed as reserve now pay on arrival but the money left my account within seconds of booking. Hotels.com excused this by saying it’s in the terms and conditions but don’t advertise as such!
The cottage itself is lovely, very off road location and I was worried about my tyres on the way there but all was fine.
The farmers next door are lovely and their farm dogs were friendly and curious. Our poodle...

« We always love The Bay at Filey and have stayed previously in other excellent accommodation, this is by far our favourite due to its location on Blue Anchor Road, which has a sleepy exclusive feel to it. Sandy Feet Retreat is superb!! Clean, cosy and comfortable we had the most relaxing 4 days. Everything you could possibly need is available, all in great working order and clean. We would definitely return, and recommend this property to others.
