Établissements à pavillons à Wellman

« The house was perfect. Very spacious and lots of room for our group. The listing was accurate and Rachel was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Great location and easy to find. »

« Accueil sympathique et rapide, chambre bien équipée, cet hôtel est très bien entretenu. Toutes les chambres étant occupées, je pense que l’adresse est déjà renommée. Bien qu’il est noté qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, celui-ci est bien proposé gratuitement et est très correct. »

« The room that I booked was huge compared to other rooms we stayed at over the months. I realized I may have booked a handicap room but it helped with the bed being a little lower and the toilet wasn't the normal one that is low it was higher just like at home easier to get up from. The chairs were soft to sit in and the couch was great. The bed when you first walked in looked like it had lumps in it. Still a little hard for my first choice but better than the Hilton that we stayed before. ...

« Some distance from the main road and no neighboor next to my room so it was quiet and I slept well. The room need to be renovated. Everything is dark and smell bad. Althoug smoking is forbidden since many years, the old smoke smell has not been removed. Armchair, A/C, bedspread and curtains are very old and shall be changed. Lighting is insufficient. »

« Staff was great and our room was very clean. Would stay again if in the area »

« Great stay with clean rooms and friendly staff! »

« I am SO TIRED of hoteliers who spend money on updating rooms and then buy cheap BRICK HARD mattresses. How difficult is it to comprehend that people NEED A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP? No one wants to sleep on a brick at the Taj Mahal. Sleep Inn built a name on good beds. I used to select them specifically for their beds. I have not been in a comfortable bed in ANY SLEEP INN in years. Put the money into an orthopedically sound bed (and NOT memory foam - it's terrible for the spine, too). »

« Good value if all you need is a clean bed. Place is threadbare and not worthy of the Baymont brand. »

« When I initially was looking for a place to stay in Iowa City I came across this hotel/motel and the reviews on the rating were very high. To me this was a little bit deceiving it was almost like they paid off Expedia LOL to achieve this High rating. For what it's worth my take on this and I've traveled all over the world and stated a lot of hotels / motels this is at best average and nothing to give this property this type of rating. The midday staff, the gentlemen's name I believe was Alex was...

« Very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Good breakfast also. »

« What is unique is that there is no staff. You check in with a machine, and you never see the maid service. »

« Checking in was bumpy, but we got it sorted out. I would stay here again. »
