"The room I rented was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. I confirmed this when I checked in, as it was necessary for my father. However, even though there were grab bars around the toilet and inside of the shower, there wasn't anything to hang on to outside of the shower. My 82 year old father fell getting out of the shower! I told the front desk attendant prior to our departure. She tried to tell me that the room next to our room was an accessible room, but our's was not. Then said she would call me after we left. I never received any calls from her, however."

Who would complain when you get serviced by PHD student. Mr. Jay made a special Indian tea and shared his culture. I do recommend this hotel to future guests. The price is right and a safe environment. "
