The hotel is just a couple of meters away from a busy highway. In addition, it also hosts a club; this morning, there was music until 6am. The restau closes at 20.30, so we forced to drive someplace else to get something to eat. In summary: if you want to sleep well and are hungry sometimes, avoid this place!

Beds were terrible to sleep in. There was no proper lighting in the room, only mood lighting. People came in late (1:30am), were extremely loud, slammed doors, and nothing was done about it.

Tout impeccable la disponibilité la courtoisie du personnel , la propreté de la chambre, le wifi et le parking . Juste petite chose à améliorer et ce malgré les lampes de chevet la chambre est relativement sombre . Didier Degehet .

Chambre 3 avec des lits simples mous (mais on peut aimer cela, pas mon cas) et surtout qui grincent... A part cela, 3* propre moderne et bien entretenu, petit déjeuner très bon!

Domaine du blè Camere su due piani, dimensioni discrete. Arredo spartano. Prodotti di cortesia (sapone, shampoo, kit cucito, ecc.) inesistenti. Moquette e pavimenti macchiati, vernice qua e là scrostata. La camera si affaccia su un recinto per animali con generose “deiezioni” davanti alla finestra. Angolo cucina inutilizzabile (fornelli fuori uso, mini-frigo asportato). Letti comodi, biancheria pulita, colazione risicata con rinforzi a richiesta. Personale cortese, ampio parcheggio con facile accesso, ubicazione tranquilla malgrado la vicinanza di una strada trafficata. In sintesi, inferiore alle aspettative.

Bon séjour, Hotel bien situé. Chambre propre spacieuse mais du coup un peu vide. Confortable mais un peu vieillot : mobilier et salle de bain. La prise électrique du rasoir salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas Manque de prise électrique. Globalement satisfait. Personnel prévenant

Very basic and dated.

The hotel was very dark and smelled of wet dog. The room was ok but was very old and basic. I booked a double and was given twin. There is a parrot in reception, which you can hear from your room all the time. 2/10 from me.

Hotel in vervallen staat, geen restaurant of bar aanwezig / geen centrale ruimte tv. Uiteindelijk Wavre zelf in gegaan maar dat is op maandagavond net zo triest als het hotel. Het inchecken ging rommelig, voor mijn collega was geen kamer geboekt, hij moest na 1 nacht wisselen en voor ik het wist was mijn credit card al volledig belast met de 2 nachten voor 2 personen. TV was zo groot als een postzegel en had een verschrikkelijk slecht beeld, bed naast me had een verschrikkelijk ranzige vlek, knop van de warm water kraan in de badkamer zat los en het meubilair was versleten. Vanaf de receptie kon je de kamer van de eigenaar in kijken omdat de deur steeds open stond, dit gaf ook geen 'nette' indruk. Ik wilde 's morgens vroeg

Sejour de 2 jours pour affaire . accueil sympa , personnel avenant , bel hotel . isolation phonique impeccable . la N25 étant toute proche on entend aucun bruit de l'interieur même dans les communs . Prix correcte . Petit déjeuner correcte Coté negatif : pas assez de lumiere dans le couloir memant au chambre et odeur de tabac froid dans ce couloir . le secheur dans la chambre est peu puissant .
