"The room was clean, and facility is maintained. However, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner were nowhere to be found in the room when we checked in. In addition, housekeeping opened the door and attempted to enter the room while we were still inside getting ready to check out. I’m curious if there are procedures in place to ensure housekeeping confirms with the front desk that a guest has fully checked out before entering the room, especially since it was not yet checkout time. This was the first time I’ve experienced something like this."
