"Perfect place to stay for Alexandria Bay. Loved the ease of being able to park right outside the room. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Staff were friendly and prompt with room cleaning. Very happy with the provided toiletries as well."

"Be sure to check in at their sister hotel 1.5 miles away, there is no office at the motel. The rooms that face the river have a parking lot in need of repairs as well as the steps leading to the rooms. The coffee maker did not operate in our room. While the bed, linens and bathroom were clean and fresh, there were dead bugs on the old heater below the a/c unit."

"We did not find out that the restaurant and continental breakfast were not available until we arrived due to construction. We should have been advised when we booked the hotel. Upon check-in, no one told us that there were cold breakfast items available in the office. Also, was a little disappointed to find that check-in time ended so early."
