« We arrived late to check in. Cabin was ready for us. It's a cute cabin and looked clean. When we woke up the next morning we noticed how many mouse dropping that we around the cabin. Everywhere. It was hard to enjoy the space after that. We packed up and left on Thanksgiving morning. We were due to checkout the next morning. »

« This cabin was perfect for our two nights day. There were three of us each got our own room. The decor was new and stylish. Beds were comfortable and the whole cabin was clean and well kept. We would definitely come back should we find ourselves in the area again. »

« We stayed in a yurt. It was very comfortable for three people. A bunk bed and one-man cot were provided. Bring your own bedding. (We liked the fact that it had a small fridge, coffee machine, heater, and fan. The designated grill for the yurt was a PLUS for cooking/grilling purposes. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. « I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville. »
