"I am Karen's daughter and I paid for my parent's room and they said the room looked updated, and was good. There is a pool which I believe is open in the warmer weather, no hot tub to my knowledge, the Staff was great and breakfast was a self serve full breakfast. The property has good parking plus a guest overflow parking area. I am really starting to like the motels and hotels that are with Choice because I have never had a bad experience with them but have always had something happen with motels that are outside of Choice, if you want an effortless experience then the Quality Inn here in Goldendale has that. "Stayed at Arlington Inn and was very disappointed with the condition of both the room and property. The room was not clean upon arrival. The carpet had dirt, other guests’ fingernail clippings along the edges, and small dead bugs. The bathroom floor was cracked and felt soft underneath, which seemed unsafe. Walls had visible grime, greasy smudges, and what appeared to be dried mucus. The bathroom ceiling also had dried dead bugs. There was no smoke alarm in the room, which was especially concerning. Furniture was in poor shape as well. The dresser drawers were broken and dirty inside, the nightstand was dirty, and the bed frame was a hollow metal frame that made loud popping noises whenever you moved. The listing advertised free breakfast, but it consisted of a wrapped Honey Bun, coffee, and a choice of Sunny D or Tampico sugary drinks. That was far below expectations. Outside the room, the property was run down and cluttered. The laundry room was basically a closet, and the dryer had no heat even after I paid to use it, with no sign warning guests it was broken. The parking lot had garbage, broken microwaves, refrigerators, chairs, BBQs, and trash under the gazebo. Buildings around the property looked neglected with broken furniture and overgrown weeds. They also charge $10 per day for pets, which felt unreasonable considering the grounds did not feel clean or safe for pets to walk around. Overall, the property needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and attention to safet"

"We checked in late. The lady who helped us was very kind. We stayed for the weekend, and they are updating stuff. So we tried to use the shower, and it wasn't draining, so they moved us to the new building and rooms. Very beautiful and clean, I loved how they treated us here. We felt out of place being from a different culture and race, but this made us feel human, and they always smiled. No one was rude, and I appreciate that so much."

"Nice property. Only concern is the cozy room. Not enough room to open two suitcases at a time without putting one on the bed. The room would be perfect for one person "
