"The overall external look of the hotel is a bit historic which isnt an issue. I was surprised at how modern the inside of the rooms were..however they have exceptional customer service and a tpp tier valet service. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice stay - very clean. Never saw any staff so can’t review that. Parking was minimal and cramped - luckily we ubered where we needed to go so that we wouldn’t lose our spot. Check-in is simply using door code given per email… very simple and easy. The room is basically that, a room big enough for bed and side tables and dresser. Our room’s air conditioning was not working as well as the rest of the house so that was a little uncomfortable sleeping in a room that was 10 degrees warmer than the hallway outside and the rest of the house in the middle of August. Even with all that, I would still stay here again if we came to Birmingham needing to stay in that area for convenience . "
