The second floor will be ideal for those with little ones, as a nursery is also available adjacent to the bedroom. When you step inside, the charming coastal decor, large family room, and comfortable furnishings will welcome you. Not to mention, the group's chef can quickly whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen that seamlessly flows into the dining room and living area. Not as good as expected
Door code didn’t work on late arrival. Refrigerator didn’t work; property mgmt “couldn’t “ do anything because it was a weekend(duh, isn’t that when most of rentals happen? Not as clean as expected and not a well stocked kitchen.

Be cautious if you intend to use the hot tub
House was clean and appeared mostly as advertised. Unfortunately all of the fireplaces and wood burning stoves had "out of order" signs and the lid to the hot tub had blown up, leaving it at 68 degrees upon our check-in. It was plugged in through an extension cord that went through a back window into the house. Aside from simply looking sketchy, the 120 volts never got the hot tub up to temperature during our stay, and I would bet (although I'm admittedly guessing here) that based on the heater's witnessed efficacy over the 3 day/2 night stay, that even if it had been at temperature upon our arrival, it would have quickly dropped once the lid was removed, still rendering its function as less than ideal.

Clean and family friendly!
This house is a little dated, but if you are like me, that doesn't matter in a beach house. I am looking for a clean place that is large enough for the family. This is a very large home with 5 bedrooms. It was clean and comfy! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!

Nice house about a 15 min walk from the beach
Nice clean house with simple amenities and plenty of towels. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working while we were there and when we called to fix the situation we did not get a return call as promised.

Nice gated community
It was a good time. But when we did have issues, needing to negotiate with Vacasa as a management service was less than ideal. They needed to go back to the owner for answers and that put significant delay in getting back answers. They did give us early check-in, but did not inform us of such until late afternoon of our check-in date. All in all, this management service is less focused on tenant delight and more interested in dollars.

Beautiful home, great for families
We rented the property for a family get together. The house is beautiful with a lot of amenities conducive to families. The beach access is quite a trek from the house. But we were able to find it and public beach access nearby for family members with limited mobility. One recommendation would be to add a book with check in/check out procedures and information about how to find the beach access.

Refrigerator Leakage
Would have been a good place, but first night we gat there, the refrigerator was leaking, was told somebody would be contacted to fix it, came back the next afternoon(after working) and there was water all over the floor, called Vacasa and they said someone would be out to fix it. Seems like it was a problem the house had way before we got there. Happy there was another fridge in the garage or all our food would have spoiled. Next day people came and opened up the kitchen walls to get to the leak and then left some big machines there to dry out the water damage. We were still there while all of this was going on. Then we had problems with the entry gate not working properly, sometimes you had to go to another gate to enter the property. We had also booked same house for the next week, but decided to cancel because of all the problems and of course they wouldn't give us a refund. Will not use them again.

Major water issue
We had water seeping up through the kitchen floor. We keep calling and texting and was told by vacasa the property manager would call me in an hour. He still has not called me. No one fixed it. It kept getting f worse until there was standing water in the kitchen. The house was amazing the property management was not.

Great property but issues with Gate
We enjoyed our stay but when I had to come back to the property very late due to a trip to the ER we were locked out of the gate and our code wouldn’t work. We had a lot trouble getting help from VRBO and it was frustrating. We still dont know why our code wouldn’t work past 10pm but we probably wont come back because of that.
