« The heat in the house wasn't working in January during a snowstorm. The temp inside the house started at 65 when we got there the first night and got to 53 degrees the next day; we had to sleep with full sweatsuits and two comforters. Owner came out right away and did a few things, but the fix did not work, and it actually got colder. We were offered a propane heater meant for outdoors, so we declined due to safety. « This was a great house for a family gathering! There is ample amount of space to sit outside under covereddeck areas. The seating outside is fantastic with private balconies and group seating areas. The kitchen needs some organizing as it was hard to find items we needed. Wish we could’ve used the river, but saw some kayakers which was cool. The firewood left for us did not burn very well, but luckily there is a store close by and we purchased some better wood.
