"I really enjoyed my stay at Palm Canyon. What really stood out was the staff. I was working remotely for most of my trip, but the WiFi was spotty in my area of the property. Sabrina offered up an employee house on the property that had its own router that I could use as a private workspace. It was a great solution, and really showed the staff’s dedication to making things work. There were a few amenities that were not top notch, like the WiFi, the hotel pool was closed & the onsite restaurant was also closed. The latter two were disclosed before I arrived, and there was another pool that was open & there’s a food truck on site Wednesday - Sunday. The bar is also open & the bartender is very kind. Again, the highlight of this place is really the staff & service they give. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and plan to do so again if I’m ever back that way."

"Check-in was at 3 pm, but our room wasn’t even ready. When we finally got in, the bed linens had not been changed and had yellow stains all over. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. This was a waste of money and extremely disappointing."
