« the house is small but cute, perfect size for two couples staying. there wasn't a lot of seating, especially outside, it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture. there was also only four of everything for dinning, which did make it hard to cook. I wouldn't call it a fully stocked kitchen. the house was clean and cool, the AC worked perfect. the street it is on is quiet as well. the high bed is weird, but functional with a storage area at the foot of it. kinda dangerous if you have to get...

« We enjoyed our week! Beautiful condo with all the things we needed. So close to the beach and loved the trails and the Marketplace as well. Neighborhood was peaceful and just what we were looking for to relax and rejuvenate! »

« Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. »

« Great place, great location! Easy, 10 minute walk to downtown Falmouth. The bike path connects right to the back yard which was super convenient for me because I used it every day. »

« We were there for a BD/family reunion in mult places around the local area. We just used the place to sleep as we were visiting local area family members. Spent part of a day at the local beach, just a couple of min walk to the beach. Clean, very good comms with owner, beach cottage neighborhood, small but perfect for our needs. »

« Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!! »

The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay! »

« My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. One downside was the family staying in the big house kept throwing their dog poop all around the garbage can, which was not pleasant to navigate around when taking out the garbage and yucky to look at. « What a view! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the excellent weather and spectacular view from the deck! The property is exactly as described - well-appointed, clean and cozy. Local restaurants are fabulous and we sampled several different ones. Everyone got outside to walk the beach and absorb the salt air. Janice is a lovely and responsive host :) »

« We really didn’t know much about Brandt Beach and Mattapoisett going into this trip and by Tuesday we were making plans for next year. This neighborhood is so friendly and quiet. The small beach is a delight! Calm and peaceful in the morning and hardly ever crowded. The house was so well stocked and had everything you needed and more! We were there the week of the 4th and were invited to participate in the parade and potluck which was so wonderful! I hope to vacation here again soon! »

« Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees.. »
