Location de vacances de particulier à Ward

« Very clean, well equipped kitchen, good location, excellent communication with host. Renters should know that the air conditioning has limited circulation and does not reach the kitchen or living area. The bedroom stays cool but other areas are uncomfortable if it is over about 85 degrees. »

« Beautiful place and well kept. Very peaceful place, we loved seeing the moose with their calves up close from the windows. The kids loved the game room and Xbox, especially due to our daughter having altitude sickness, it gave our son something to enjoy while she was resting. The host was extremely responsive to any questions and checked on us throughout our visit. There was lots to do at the home for both kids and adults. »

« The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay. »

« Location was perfect for us since we were there to do some short hikes for 2 days. There was a wasp issue in the home that we were informed about a day prior to check in. The electrical outlets in two of the bedrooms were not working and we had to charge our phones in the living room. Home was well stocked with amenities including detergents for washing clothes as well as plenty of towels and warm bedding etc. Beds are super comfortable. »

« The property provided all the basic necessities that we could ask for except that the no air conditioning made sleeping very difficult for the four nights we were there. If we kept the windows closed because of the highway noise, then it became very hot and if we open the windows again, we had the traffic noise. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony the back patio and having the mountain greenery right there at our feet with even a short path that we could use for a slight bit of...

« The property is well maintained and located in a nice neighborhood away from some of the hustle and bustle of Boulder. Communicating with the host was easy and effective. A couple of things to be aware of: Like many homes in and around Denver and Boulder, this house has an evaporative cooling system instead of central air conditioning. This is probably fine for most of the year, but you might consider summer heat during a potential stay. Opening the windows at night helps, but it could take some...

« Exactly what i needed. Thank you »

« Great place to stay for anything in Estes Park. Very clean house with hot tub . Need to drive to get anywhere, but that's expected. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. »

« My family of 5 and 3 dogs stated at this home. There was plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 1 bath. My teenage youth really enjoyed the back yard and listening to music, sitting in the hot tub, and hammock. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed the stay and wished we would have stayed in this home longer. »
