« Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in. »

« The view is spectacular. House is as advertised and quite large to host 10+ people. House needs some interior lighting work and some paint in main great room. Exterior needs some work on trim and siding. Wooed deck furniture needs to be replaced as there are exposed fasteners. Front door needs to be replaced as that is the first impression when you enter. Overall, the Property Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. »

« Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. « We did not agree with or understand the negative reviews of this house. It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod.
