« Le séjour à l'hôtel Mercure à Hull a été agréable. Les mariages organisés dans l'hôtel étaient forcément un peu bruyants. Nous avons été dérangés en pleine nuit par des personnes qui ont discuté devant notre porte. Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses. Il manque un mini frigo. Les chambres nécessiteraient un rafraîchissement. Le bémol pour la moquette pour les personnes allergiques. Mais nuit et cadre reposant. »

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
