Surrounded by native plants and serenaded by birdsong, it has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Conveniently situated just a scenic 6-minute drive from Wānaka township and a short 250-meter stroll to the lake, this property is perfectly located for a relaxing escape. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, it offers all the comforts of home. The expansive grounds, spanning half an acre, provide privacy and serenity in a highly sought-after neighbourhood in Wānaka. The Space This private oasis is set on a large section adorned with New Zealand native plants. The heart of the home features a sunlit, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area that showcases panoramic views of the lake and mountains. In winter, the space remains cozy with underfloor heating and a wood burner, while in summer, it’s designed to take advantage of cooling breezes for your comfort.
