Very well kept and clean room! Staff member was very pleasant and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay in the historic city of Walsenburg, Colorado which included a nice stop for some excellent coffee and smoothies at the Serendipity Coffee House just a short walk from the motel.

I think this was the cleanest place I have stayed out and the customer service was great. It may not have all the amenities that the larger hotels have, but it was a great stay and you can't beat the price.

It is a true motel - it was good for what we needed it to be, a place to sleep before our early morning hike. AC unit is loud, carpet is kinda ick. Bathroom, bedding and towels were clean. Can’t keep the curtains open as people walk by and see right in. Its budget.

The room was very nice and exceptionally clean. I am a Housekeeping Supervisor at a Quality Inn and two mom-and-pop hotels, so I can truly appreciate a well-maintained room. Everything was clean, fresh, and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay, and I have already recommended this place to my team. Great job to the housekeeping staff for providing such a clean and comfortable room—well done! 👏

It was a pleasant stay in a clean, sparingly yet comfortably appointed room. In its 'heyday' it was a very nice place with attractive and appealing architectural details. It is well maintained today and I, at 81 years of age, appreciate its vintage and comfort. I will visit again.

Overall very happy with our stay. We came in only for one night. Room rate was reasonable. Room was clean and air conditioner worked great. It is an older motel, but kept up and felt safe. Would stay here again.
