"Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht zu Gast, hatten aber eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag. Der Service ist erstklassig und zuvorkommend. Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr modern und setzt auf Naturelemente wie Holz und Stein. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
