"Clean place but the building is basically falling apart. Their pool room is closed and they're definitely not going to fix it. Through the door you can see black mold, chunks of ceiling that have fallen into the pool and deck, and it looks very dystopian. The whole place has the vibe of being on the edge of getting torn down. The spooky vibe is palpable. Breakfast is what you'd expect but the yogurt cups are great and kitchen Staff are attentive and they have a waffle machine. Staff in general is friendly and helpful, thankfully. Small bathrooms with no counter space.This is definitely more of a last resort hotel if you need an extended stay with a pet. Ended up here in between apartments for a few weeks. Overall not a bad stay, you're getting what you pay for. Just wish the property was better taking care of and not so obviously neglected. They also need to remove their pool from listings because that thing is being left to rot, literally. "

"Pro - room is clean. - AC works and isn't loud. - requested late checkout and got check out time of 1pm. - not much noise from the street although the place is near busy streets. Con - The place appears severely understaffed. The parking lot had quite some trash when we arrived and for the whole 2 days it was not cleaned. - After 1 day's stay, we found our room door was never locked. It appeared closed but anyone can just push it open. The staff was responsive but they didn't have spare parts, so repair is only possible the next day. We then had to change room for this. - Not fit for people who like to sleep in warm blankets. The default covering was just one (or maybe two) thin bed sheets. I went to ask for two blankets (for two people) but was only given one. "

"Though it's old, this isn't a bad place, but there were enough problems with the room we were in that I'd never stay here again. The big problem was the heater/air conditioner in the wall. Though it had several different settings, most of them didn't work. The unit was either full-on or off, and when set for an in-between temperature, simply went on and off all night--ten or fifteen seconds on (with the fan roaring), then fifteen or twenty seconds off, with all the attendant on/off clicking. I'm by no means a light sleeper, but it kept me awake for some time and woke me up repeatedly. A new unit is needed in Room 112! Also, the TV simply doesn't work. I wondered why it was pushed against the side wall until I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. No big deal for me, but clearly the management knows about the problem. And the pillows are shot, the linens worn, no mat to prevent slipping in the shower, etc--all easily addressed, if anyone is paying attention. Sometimes an older, inexpensive place is fine for the night; this one wasn't. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but the management needs to spend just a little money."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
