"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at the front desk only thing she ask when we return to the room was, she asked us Sir what room were y'all in? We told her and my husband response was maybe they will clean it tomorrow however tomorrow didn't come!!!!! It was time to leave and the room was neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! cleaned. I Would not ever recommend this establishment to any one!"

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We checked in after our concert was taken care of right away. Only takeaway is we were provided 3 pillows for two people. Sorry, we love being comfortable no matter where we stay. We were extended an extra hour for checkout as a courtesy. Would probably stay again."

"This property is absolutely gorgeous. If you are thinking about booking here, do it.The owners are incredibly kind & accommodating and the grounds are immaculately kept. The fresh flowers and foliage make you feel like you're at a nursery. Calming and relaxing!The pizza's fine in New Haven, but we're coming back for the hospitality."
