"The staff were amazing, but the experience was the total opposite. Booked a room with two beds and pull out couch. When we were finally done with our tournament and checked out the room (at midnight). The pull out couch had a sign that stated it was out of order. The front desk attendant was amazing and switched us to another room. The hotel its self was hot, the breakfast was limited to items, and I was also charged ten dollars for no reason. "

"Breakfast was amazing! The lobby restroom was amazing. It has sanitary items in the women’s restroom but I definitely could’ve used a changing table for my baby. Our room was clean, tidy and HUGE in my opinion. I had forgotten our small pot at home that I needed to warm up my breast milk and thankfully they had plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans in the room. My kids enjoyed the stay as well. We didn’t get to get in the pool because it rained all weekend but we will when we book again next time. Wish we had Kompose Hotels in Oklahoma. 100% recommend! Please don’t change! "

"Did not stay at the hotel and charge my stay called to cancel and they denied my request that was made minutes when I called very rude people "

"This was our 4th stay here and normally the property has been pretty clean. This time, the property was not tidy...stains on the walls/doors in the room, carpets in the hallway not clean - had debris the entire 3 days stay, floors in the elevators spills not cleaned up."

"We stayed on the 2nd floor, and throughout the 1st and 2nd floors, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I’m assuming because of the swimming pool. I’m ok with it, but others in my party did not appreciate it. The room was clean, and the beds were mildly uncomfortable. (By that I mean the first night was ok, but the second night had me waking up in pain in my hips and legs.) The staff was not overly welcoming, but nice enough. The breakfast was lacking: dry sausage links that had obviously sat out too long, refried beans that were runny, eggs that were not hydrated enough to serve, and coffee that was watered down a little too much. Overall, I’m being nice by giving it a 4/5 stars."
