Our initial room had shown as being cleaned on the hotel system but in fact it hadnt but we were moved swiftly and compensated with complimentary drinks by a very efficient and pleasant member of staff. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult...

"first of all, amazing service. arrived extremely late at 3am due to plane being delayed, but still got a great couple of coffees at the bar. room was not too bad, bed was perfectly fine, but: - wardrobe could not be used as doors were out of their hinges. - bathroom is very small, door cannot be closed once sitting on the toilet - shower was disappointing on 3rd morning, no water pressure at all."
