« We have never stayed anywhere that was so well equipped. We grilled and there was an extra full propane tank, so no worry about running out. The house was spotless, and the owner put out fresh cut flowers. I was just like being at home except better because it is perfectly kept.. « All that I expected, truly an escape. Beautiful inside and out, perfect for a solo visit with my MINI Cooper rally club. The hot tub was perfect for daily soaks, the deck seating options suited every weather and mood. Only complaint, the bed could use attention, fine for one, sharing could prove difficult, a large central hole, there's a story in the guest book... Regardless, exactly as advertised and just what I needed. »

« Sweet CLEAN little tiny cottage, perfect for a couple with 2 dogs! Has a fenced in area in the back and we could not have been happier there! Sharon is quick to respond to any concerns we had and were very thankful for all that she did to make sure that we were comfortable in this rental. We WILL be staying again! »

« The place was so adorable and comfortable. Also very well appointed with plenty of paper products and dish soap, laundry pods and dishwasher pods and trash bags. The setting of the place is back off the road up on a lovely hill in a clearing w a yard surrounded mostly by woods. Was so nice to sit on front porch and listen to the birds and watch the squirrels. Saw a deer pounce by the side window one day. One early morning my husband sat on the front porch and enjoyed watching a thunderstorm....

« Our 46th annual family vacation to Bear Paw was a great time. We had some great lake time, but heavy rains during the week shortened the normal. That made the location of our stay important, and the Hilltop Cabin was perfect for family time during the rainy periods. »

« We had a lovely quiet time at the space. Truly one of the more organized and clean properties we have ever stayed at. Rode the Skyway there and the Dragon back. Will want to come back in warmer weather 😇 »

« This property was exactly what I was looking for. However it might not suit everyone. It was very clean and recently updated. It is very rural, sits on a large grassed empty lot on the water with a nice dock. There is no washer/dryer, the kitchen is in a separate room but is very well done and stocked, it has an additional separate bathroom in addition to the one bedroom area. The bedroom is small with no hanging closet and a very small dresser. The bathroom is well laid out with a huge shower....

« Adorable cabin, very peaceful! Worked great for two couples. Loved the screened in porch, ate all our meals out there! Garage was great to put our motorcycles in at night! Nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed playing bags in the cul de sac and board games on rainy nights. »

« Loved the house design which was essentially two wings joined by eating and living areas. Spotlessly clean, including the cleanest hot tub ever!, convenient to the Park and Dollywood, in the trees and serenaded at night by the wood thrush. A wonderful place to be! »

Not what we'd hoped
"We were on a motorcycle trip and had chosen this hotel because of its swimming pool, and what a disappointment it was when we arrived to find that it wasn't open. And it clearly hasn't been open for more than a season... Apparently this is mentioned on their website, but as we booked via another platform, we didn't know. The hotel staff are very courteous and the room is large and renovated. There's an excellent restaurant just across the street and we suggest you make a reservation to avoid having to wait. When we opened the bed to go to sleep, we had the suspicion that the sheets had not been changed and this was annoying. Breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice. "
