8/10 Good

"Hotel well located, very clean and parking not an issue. There were several issues, however. The coffe machine was hard to operate, but I suspect that it was not working properly. Also, the tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty. Having said that, I will return to the same hotel, provided the I can enjoy a hot cup of coffee upon waking up in the morning.:) "

"Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly the pool and hot tub were not maintained at all. The floor of the pool had chunks missing. The hot tub was cool and I guess it's cheaper to put up a sign that says the jets do not work instead of fixing the problem"

"I had no cold water on day one so o could not shower. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet, the hot food is dreadful, eggs were powdered the bacon was boiled, not seared and was mostly fat. Breakfast sausage the next day was…. Well, inedible (boiled, not seared and tasted awful. Most of my hot food went into the garbage as did that of the others I was staying with. There was an incessant hum in my room which interfered with sleep. It was not coming from anything in my room. On checkout at the front counter I was not asked how my stay was. I would not recommend."

"We were kept up for many hours by dogs barking in what seemed like every second room on our floor. This was magnified by thin walls, Our door safety chain was broken. The room key always took 4-6 attempts before working. The mattresses were AT LEAST 3 YEARS PAST THEIR REPLACEMENT DATE WITH SPRINGS STICKING OUT OF ONE. Walls needed painting throughout and the carpets were desperate for a cleaning especially on the stairs. The advertised all included breakfast consisted of toast, coffee, tea and orange type juice. Wow! The bathroon was clean."

"Rooms were disgusting. There were waters stains in the roof. Furniture looked like it was picked up from a trash bin. Front lobby was disgusting and hotel looked like it was deserted. The breakfast was horrible and eggs uncooked. I have stayed here in the past and it was never this disgusting. I would take this hotel off your referral list. Management said they would switch me rooms but I was afraid of what I would have been moved too. Worst experience ever. Staff didn’t even acknowledge when people came in lobby. "
