Perched on the third story of the sought-after Sanctuary at False Cape Condominiums, this little slice of heaven is aptly named for its stunning sunset views over the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy access to three beautiful pools during your stay, including the oceanfront cabana pool, where you can swim up to the bar, order your favorite beverage, and relax with a view of the beach. A storage unit in the parking garage makes it easy to stow your beach gear.
This lovely condo provides all the conveniences you’d want for a family beach vacation, featuring a main suite with an en suite bath, ample closet space, and a large SmartTV. The living area, open to the kitchen, is perfect for family time and offers high-end, comfortable furniture for unwinding after a day of fun. The spacious kitchen boasts glowing granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, equipped with all the cookware, serving dishes, and utensils you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals.
Feeling hungry but don’t want to cook? Just walk across the street to The Baja, a local favorite for nearly 30 years, offering delicious food and occasional live entertainment with a gorgeous view of the bay. After a long day at the beach or fishing off the Sandbridge Island Fishing Pier next door, grab your favorite drink and relax on the private balcony, soaking in the amazing colors of the sunset sky! Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
