This home is full of recent upgrades including fresh paint, a new refrigerator upstairs, a new washer/dryer, a new downstairs shower, a new back deck, a regulation cornhole game, and a brand new pool liner. This is the perfect home for a larger family or multiple families to share. The open floor plan offers great views of both the ocean and the bay from the great room and the dining areas. Easy access to the beach is the icing on the cake- it's directly across the street. After spending the day beachside, take a refreshing dip in the 16-foot x 32-foot pool and throw a few burgers on the patio grill. The tiki bar is a great place to mix up a few cocktails or grab something cold from the cabana refrigerator. Additional amenities include multiple TVs, VCRs, DVD players, free WiFi, two refrigerators, two microwaves, a Keurig, a gas grill, and a Ping-Pong table. Right across the street from beach access. Loved the front deck, sat out there every evening. Only problem was 3 bathrooms for 13 people was a little challenging. The area was quiet and family friendly. The house itself was spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside.The pool was very clean and refreshing.
