Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. "What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior.
I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...

The accommodation is spotlessly clean the breakfast was superb and we will be going back here again they were so helpful and it is in such a lovely location.

"Check in wasn’t available till 5pm, nobody on site and the receptionist was late. No coffee or tea making facilities. Very shabby and run down hotel, wouldn’t even say it is a 2 star. The only plus is it is in the middle of the town."
