We were 11 people, a mix of friends and family with two little ones and was spacious for all of us. Mike and Anna greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the chalet. They are both friendly and accommodating. They were also really good with communication and instructions prior to arrival. The place was neat and clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the towels were hotel standard, the hot water and showers worked well with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, the living/dining room had a good layout, the heaters worked well and kept us warm, the kitchen was well equipped for all meals, and to top it off, there was a jacuzzi! Wifi and foxtel were nice to have too. The location of the chalet is at a prime spot, about a 5-10min walk to the village. Undoubtedly the most luxurious and self-contained accommodation I've experienced on the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here!"
