Didn’t have cell reception so I wasn’t sure what unit was ours and it didn’t say the name on the email, a little unclear where to check in but when we did connect with staff, they were quite helpful. Good location for our Cabot trail journey."

"We have group of six to check in and out, the whole procedure was simple and smooth. We had some water pressure issues in the bathroom upstairs, I contacted the host and she responded in 3 minutes and her handyman showed up in 30 minutes, and the problem was solved in less than 10 minutes! I am so impressed. Thank you, Jeannie, you made my day!"
