Cozy Coastal Cottage - Gorgeous, dog friendly, Vero Beach 3/2 home perfect for your escape to the sun and fun of Florida! This new 2022 construction home with large covered lanai and fenced yard offers beautiful coastal inspired decorated rooms that invite you to relax and unwind. The 3 bedrooms boast a King bed in the master, Queen in the main guest room and a Full over Full bunk with Twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the family room, master bedroom and lanai, and a desk with monitor in the master, allow you to connect when desired. The large kitchen is open to both the dining and family room so everyone can enjoy their time together. The proximity to all that Vero Beach has to offer makes this location ideal! Walk the tree lined streets surrounding Vero Beach Country Club or head out for golf, tennis or a game of pickleball minutes away. Shop on Miracle Mile, enjoy the many restaurants close by or take the short drive (less than 10 minutes!) across the bridge to the beautiful white sand beaches of Vero Beach to spend the day relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. While you are there, stop into one of the local beach restaurants or do some shopping along Ocean Drive. Great house in the heart of Vero Beach. Convenient to everything. We had a question when we were first checking in and Bead and Shae were easily reached and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, open, 3 bedroom house, on one floor for family and or friends.
Beautifuy decorated with open area DR, K and LR. Looks very new with new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything you needed if you are a cook. A well manicured backyard, fenced. The patio is covered and has an outside TV. Nice neighborhood , convenient to everyhting. Will definately return!

The ONLY elephant in the room is the home is under the flight path for Vero Beach airport but usually starts @ 9 A.M & last one to fly over around 10:30 P.M. You get use to it & fun reading the numbers off the planes. Other than that perfect 2 months!

Very nice clean place to stay
This was our very first Vrbo and we were a little nervous but host made this an amazing stay. Had some questions and they get back to you right away. We will definitely book this one again! Was very clean and close to everything beaches, restaurants and stores. The back yard was perfect for our little dog.

Immaculate Property!
This property is in immaculate condition located in a quiet neighborhood. It is pristine clean with great amenities. The owners provided great detail about the property and the surround area. If we are fortunate to return to Vero Beach next year, we will absolutely booked this property again if available!

Memorial and a special place
My mom (and best friend) passed away so my siblings and I put together a memorial for her, we are currently living in PA and were not ready to stay at her house because of the pain we still feel. It was wonderful having this cottage as a peaceful and calm place during so much stress and emotions. It felt like home but also like a peaceful retreat. Great property, wonderful location, well stocked with anything and everything you need. We are so grateful to our hosts and will not only stay again but recommend this home to our family who visits the area.
